Binance announced that it will no longer support trades and deposits of Bitcoin NFTs starting from April 4 and users have been advised to withdraw their Bitcoin NFTs from the marketplace.
Despite this decision, Bitcoin ordinals remain popular among traders. Over $394 million worth of Bitcoin NFTs have been sold in the past 30 days, making it the second most popular chain for NFTs.
In fact, in a recent Franklin Templeton Digital Asset report, it is shown that there has been positive momentum driven in the Bitcoin space by ordinals.
Wu-Tang Clan rapper Ghostface Killah has embraced the growing enthusiasm for Bitcoin ordinals, joining the trend with interest. The artist revealed that he will launch an ordinals mint on April 11.
